Growing in Leadership   This stream starts on the Friday morning and runs through to the end of the conference. Throughout the day on Friday we will explore how we engage in mission and church planting together. We have invited Mark Jobe, leader of New Life Community Church, Chicago, to share with us about how they are reaching people in some of the most deprived areas of Chicago with the gospel. On Saturday we will run a number of seminars:    Develop - Developing self  | Developing others | Building team  Grow - Growing in prayer | Growing through crisis | Growing in the prophetic  Grapple - The essentials of the Gospel | What is open theology? | Women in leadership  Engage - Rural strategy | Working on the margins | Working with the local authority     Who is it for? It is for anyone involved in leadership whether in church or in the community.    Practical Details: The two day Growing in Leadership stream will cost £75 which includes lunch on the Friday (only) and free tea and coffee during the coffee breaks throughout the conference. We do have a coffee shop in the building that offers a wider range of coffee, other drinks, sandwiches and cakes.
