National Churches Forum

Within Pioneer a number of 'Network Teams' exist, to provide support and accountability structures for churches and church leadership teams. The new National Churches Forum comprises the Network Team leaders plus some key team members. The agreed purpose of the new NCF is: “Connecting, releasing and resourcing teams and churches for building strong vibrant communities of faith to reach the nations.”

It is envisaged that the NCF will look at issues such as helping churches to connect with the wider network, leadership training, sharing good practice, leadership conferences, connecting local churches to global mission and so on. The role of the NCF is not to replace the Network teams, and these will continue to provide the ‘on the ground’ support to churches.

The National Churches Forum will initially be facilitated by Billy and Caroline Kennedy and its membership currently includes Andy Au, Steve Clifford, Gerald Coates, Phil Collins, Dave Day, Christen Forster, Pete Gilbert, Adrian Hawkes, Christine Noble, John Noble, Andy Read, Linda Ward, Allan Cox, Baz Gascoyne, Jonathan Birch, Linda Harding, Paul Weston, Steve Lee and Toby White.
